Asserting that works for the hotel to be built on the plot known as the former Kozluca Inn on the Karaköy Rıhtım Street have been accelerated, Gündüz further declared “We received the permit for the hotel construction in Karaköy. The hotel shall have a capacity of 200 rooms and we will start construction within this year. We target to have the hotel opened to visitors by the beginning of the year 2015.”

Asserting that over 215 million Euro of investment has been made for hotel projects completed to date, Gündüz further declared "We carry on with our investments without a break and synergistically with our strategic partner Accor Group. We have made rapid progress within a very brief period of time and our target is to become a prominent investor in Turkey and her intimate geography with hotel projects with ultimate international standards as well as hotels in operation."
